At Drenso Studio, every order is custom-made with care. Please review the information below to understand how we process and ship your order.


Order Processing & Production

All of our products are custom-made using your uploaded image. Production begins once your order is confirmed.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • We may work on weekends and public holidays to prepare and pack orders; however, dispatch and delivery times are subject to Australia Post operating days and schedules.

  • Orders are dispatched once production and quality checks are complete.


Shipping Methods

At checkout, you can choose between the following Australia Post delivery options:

📦 Australia Post Standard Delivery

  • Reliable and cost-effective

  • Estimated delivery times are provided by Australia Post at checkout

🚀 Australia Post Express Delivery

  • Faster delivery option

  • Ideal for urgent orders and gifts

  • Express delivery applies after dispatch, not production time

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to location, peak periods, weather conditions, or Australia Post delays.


Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship within Australia only.

  • All parcels are securely packed using protective materials suitable for aluminium photo prints.


Dispatch & Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the Australia Post system.


Delays & Responsibility

While we do our best to dispatch orders promptly, Drenso Studio is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or events outside our control. During peak periods (such as holidays or promotions), delivery times may be longer than usual.


Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will work with Australia Post to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
