Welcome to Drenso Studio (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Use of Our Website

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only and not to engage in any activity that may harm, disrupt, or misuse our services.

2. Products & Custom Orders

All products sold on our website are custom-made using images and details provided by you at the time of ordering. As a result:

  • Orders cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded for change of mind once production has begun.

  • You are responsible for ensuring uploaded images are high-resolution, correctly oriented, and suitable for printing.

  • We are not responsible for quality issues caused by low-resolution or poor-quality images supplied by the customer.

3. Image Review & Enhancement

To ensure the best possible print quality, we may apply minor adjustments to your uploaded image, such as brightness, contrast, or sharpness enhancement, where appropriate. These adjustments are made solely to improve the final print outcome and maintain our quality standards.

Significant edits or alterations are not included unless otherwise agreed prior to production.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where payment cannot be processed or where fraudulent activity is suspected.

5. Production & Shipping

Production times and delivery estimates are provided as a guide only. While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and refunds are only accepted if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographic evidence. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Intellectual Property & Customer Content

You retain ownership of any images you upload. By submitting content, you confirm that you own the rights or have obtained permission to use the image and grant us a limited licence to reproduce it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

At checkout or during the ordering process, you may be given the option to consent or decline the use of your finished product for our website, social media, or marketing purposes. Your choice will be respected, and no customer images will be used for marketing without explicit consent.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders containing content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drenso Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, except as required under Australian Consumer Law.
